Delivery and Returns

Your order will be wrapped and posted out to you within 2 working days of ordering and will be posted via Royal Mail or Courier depending on size and weight. 

Our delivery price is set at £5.95.

We reserve the right to refuse to deliver products at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party by reason for our withdrawing a product from delivery.

We hope that you are thrilled with your order but if for any reason you are not, you can return the item in an unused condition within 14 days of receipt. To request a refund please contact us via email.

All returns except where the goods are faulty are to be returned and paid for by the customer and are non refundable.

Please ensure that the parcel is packaged adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged in transit.  We also strongly recommend using an insured registered delivery service and keep the receipt as proof of postage.
